SMART GOALS TO AVOID PROCRASTINATION



Procrastination is a big problem in the workplace. It is important to think about ways to avoid it to have better production. In New York Times research was found 20% of the world population is a chronic procrastinator. The best way to avoid this problem is to define smart and realistic goals. To begin with, it is important to start the day without procrastination. 

After that, it is important to define a final objective and which is the first and realistic step for doing it. For example, if the person wants to be an actor, it is essential first all study a lot and set short-term achievable goals. 

Why it is important short-term goals? Because, if there are goals achievable in a short time, it is possible to win the procrastination and reach incredible objectives. Define short-term goals that there is a progression to other goals that are linked to your objective.
