Communication and the means of communication have changed a lot over in 20 years. The internet environment allows the use of other types of media: bloggers, vloggers, social media and podcasts.
Furthermore, it provides access to news in real-time, but problems also come along. The number of fake news and sensationalist articles had very visible growth.
Thereat, public opinion has been changed according to the news. An audience has emerged that is guided through the news of these new media, but not always have verified the information and many articles are written only to create controversy.

In Donald trump`s election to president of the United States and Jair Bolsonaro`s election to president of Brazil, it was possible to see a lot of fake news and these fake news create another phenomenally: people on both sides who treat politics like sports: my team is better and your team is the worst in the world.

These people who treat politics as a sport, They are people who are not so knowledgeable about the subject, but they think they are political experts, but they are guided and controlled by fake news and sensational news.
All extremism is complicated and it is important to always ask yourself if you are extreme in any field of your life. If so, it is important to change, as extremism does not help in any area of life but harms and hinders personal and professional growth.
